- Trident saves water
- Trident enables the building owner to accurately control the flow of water, almost anywhere water is used, from domestic installations to hotels, motels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, institutions and office buildings, and private homes.
- Trident conserves energy
- Since Trident is able to achieve significant savings in water usage in both showers and hand basins, the quantity of hot water used is greatly reduced. As a result less hot water needs to be heated; similarly less hot water needs to be stored awaiting use.
- Trident balances the system
- A unique feature of Trident is its ability to distribute water evenly across the system. This eliminates the annoying sudden drop in pressure at one outlet when others in the system are turned on or off, which results in showers suddenly turning from normal to scalding hot.
- Trident stabilises temperature
- The unique control which Trident has over the system and the higher than normal dynamic pressure which is retained in the system ensures that temperature fluctuations at mixed water outlets are limited to ± 1 degree Celsius. Trident neither heats nor cools water.
- Trident reduces water hammer
- By exerting control over the water system and controlling and synchronising the water pressure, the annoying phenomenon of water hammer is substantially reduced, if not completely eliminated.
